The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). Ik had recent met 2 van die oplichters te maken, ze adverteerden huizen onder de naam Mark Tholens (via marktplaats) en Frieda Sweet (via kamernet). Hieronder de mailtjes die ze stuurden:

Everybody are so smart here but no one have any idea how to stop this!And that pisses me of becouse I WAS SCREWED for over 700 euros!!!I am not Dutch and I dont know what to do and where to turn to!police will not leasen to me,thay dont care about foregners and even if they do, thay cant do nothing to somebody who is in Itally!So I lose my money, that was 6 month ago, and now somehow in some magical way from my bank acooud disapeard over 2000 euro!!!no evidence, no name no banck acound!bank cant exsplain it-me nighder!I do have all the right to belive that it was the some person(s). i do belive thay are a hackers group and thay can easly deprive you all your savings!I just hope is any way to find them, is there somebode who can help me and the other victims???

hee beste mensen, hij heeft een nieuwe naam! Liban straatman... zelfde emails, zelfde mooie praatjes en wel een andere global logistics maar wel een oplichter eerste klas. potverdorie daar gaat ons leuke huisje,,, hopelijk dat kamertje.nl hier iets aan kan/gaat doen. zeer zeer vervelend dit.

Hallo Arie, Ik was helemaal verrast van de mooie foto''s van het appartementje in de Mariniershof 51. Heb ook gereageerd en kreeg net zoals de andere mensen de zelfde brief dat hij voor 4 jaar in Italie moet werken. Ik woon toevallig heel dicht bij de Mariniershof en dacht ik ga toch even kijken. Ben zelfs in de flat geweest, maar kon echt nergens appartment nr 51 vinden.Toen ik thuis kwam heb ik een nieuw emailadres aangemaakt en wederom gereageerd op de advertentie. En idd kreeg precies dezelfde tekst in me mail als bij me andere emailadres dat ik de flat kon huren. Terwijl ik op mijn eerdere schrijven ook een bericht had gekregen waarin hij mijn gegevens vraagd voor het contract en hoe het verder gaat qua betaling en het krijgen van de sleutel. Ik ben blij dat ik ben gaan kijken en daarna op google deze site heb gevonden.

Beste mensen bedankt voor jullie schrijven, jammer dat zo iemand niet gepakt kan worden.

Ik heb ook gereageerd op een woning in de Mariniershof 51, deze blijkt ook verhuurd te worden door Victor Lund. Ben vanmiddag gaan kijken, want toen wist ik nog niet dat dit een bedrieger is. Tot mijn verbazing is Mariniershof 16 tot in de nr 100 van Laurens Wonen. nr. 51 is dus noggeneens een flat. Ben toen gaan zoeken op google en kwam meneer Victor Lund tegen en ook tegen mij vertelde hij per mail dat hij voor 4 jaar naar Italie gaat.
